Guests can have limited access to tasks and projects based on the assigned role. They can view, comment on, or edit tasks depending on the permissions set by the board admin.
How do I restrict guest permissions on a board?
To limit guest permissions:
- Open the board and click the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Role permissions.
- Locate the Guest role and adjust their permissions (e.g., view-only, comment-only, or edit access).
- Click Update to save the changes.
Can guests access private boards?
No, guests cannot access private boards unless they are manually invited by a board admin. If a board is set to Workspace, guests can only view or interact based on their assigned permissions.
